York Saw & Knife Company has an opening for a Technical Customer Service/Technical Sales Support Representative. This is a dayshift position working on site in a team environment.

York Saw is a closely held family owned manufacturer in business for over 120 years. The company employs approximately one hundred skilled workers and support staff over three locations. York Saw is recognized as a leader of innovative design and a manufacturer of precision band saw blades, circular saw blades and specialty machine knives, proudly serving multiple industries.

This position will primarily assist the sales team, focusing on managing client communication and orders.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Working closely with the sales team to assess workload and develop sales strategy;
• Be first point of contact for client communication and answer incoming inquiries;
• Build accurate client specifications for customer orders using HubSpot;
• Input timely and accurate customer orders in Syteline;
• Responsible for scheduling specific projects into production;
• Communicate and coordinate project production with plant supervisors;
• Answer customer questions regarding order status and product requests;
• Follow up with customers regarding their order status;
• Verify inventory and pull orders per client request

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.50 per hour
